Comm Squad sells, installs, and maintains Avaya telephone systems.  Additionally, we maintain and service Nortel Modular ICS (MICS) and Compact ICS (CICS) systems. 

For new systems, both digital and VOIP, we offer Avaya's IP Office 500.  The IP Office 500 is a feature-rich, robust, and reliable system.  It boasts features such as call twinning (i.e. rings your cell phone), sending voicemail messages to your computer or cell phone, and remote users with home-based offices. 

The IP Office can also utilize your Nortel telephones.  After Avaya purchased Nortel, they integrated support for common Nortel telephones into the IP Office.  This provides owners of existing Nortel systems a migration path to VOIP while retaining their investment in their existing Nortel telephones.
